Can someone suggest a rupay credit card for UPI payments with high approval chances?
Limit is not a concern for me as I will be doing very small payments with that.

yup restricted, only merchant transactions allowed

Money transfer from credit card to bank account through UPI is not allowed. Its allow only for merchant transaction probably current account

I dont think there is any benefit of referral, check your cibil score on the neu app and start applying for credit card but don't complete it, leave it midway. You may get fyf or ltf offer.
