I'll share my experience.

I have 2 sbi cards. Simply save and cashback. I got simply save in Feb 2022. The limit was half of my salary payslip provided.

I used it for quite 6 months, under emi section i checked for LE offer, it shows you already have best limit.

I mailed customer care, they removed the above restriction and asked me to process in the same way. I did and received 1.5 times of the amount on my payslip.

Family member getting option to increase credit limit on entering salary details in SBICard web portal. Basis on salary slab, getting different percentages.... but the next step asks to upload 2 months salary slip.

On checking in SBICard mobile app (More-> benefits) there is no pre-approved LE offer.

My question -> If we go ahead to request LE through web portal using payslips, does it trigger a CIBIL enquiry? Also, is it certain that we'll get the LE (considering we enter correct salary in first step which matches with payslip)....or there could still be chances of decline?

Thanks in advance!
