My Credit Cards got delinked to my customer ID

Hi,

I do have 2 credit cards with with Axis bank 1) Axis Select 2) Flipkart Axis. Few days before when I have opened mobile application of axis, i couldn't see my credit cards. Then I spoke with customer care and they have not responded well for my request. I went to the nearest branch and I got no response from my bank manager as well. Can someone suggest best method link again those credit cards with my customer ID
