Can add on card holder of PNB Rupay Select Credit card link respective card on Bhim UPI through his/ her separate mobile no ?

I am trying this, but, no card is fetched through addon card holder's mobile no.

Follow up question- do we get rupay Select Benefits (spa, health checkup) for add-on card holder as well?
