HDFC points cashback error

Hi Guys,

I am trying to covert my platinum card cashback points and getting below error, I have 1200 points and trying to encash 1000 points

Any help ?

Keep trying at different times of the day, and on different days as well. Looks like the redemption system might be having issues or temporarily down.

If happens very often with HDFC while redeeming points check after 1 to 2 days. Yesterday it was working fine

I have been paying CC bills via HDFC billpay using debit card. However, I was never tracking cashback points.
Last week I saw that my cashback points were 1667. I paid few CC bills totaling to 50K. However, when I see the cashback points it has been reduced to 1441.

Is there a way, I can see transaction level details?
Why did cashback point reduce, I have not redeemed? Do they expire?
