Idfc vkyc Problem

Is there any problem with idfc vkyc?
Cause, i tried to open vkyc link
My video was showing, but there wasn't any agent assigned to me?
I tried to go to branch, but the idfc bank's person was also wasn't able to Find out what's problem....
