They didn't have any other thing to devalue in this card. Card is useless already. So only lounge this time😂

Have to agree on this one. I was actually surprised with the lounge list as even DC card didn't have as many domestic lounges covered and they treated neu plus/infinity as same in this regard. Right now it seems they have matched it more or less with the Regalia/Milennia lounge list.

Whole Dreamfolks eligible lounges were accessible (except 080). Now same as their other cards.

It’s long story bro
Initially I started normal enquiry whether my card is ltf with regular customer service mail id then got reply as paid then escalate to grievance with screenshots of app ltf and did almost 6 mails and attached email is final reply from them
