added funds not reflecting on Idfc first bank savings ac

Hello, I have opened a 10k MAV savings ac online with idfc first bank.However after completing the video kyc I tried to add money from idfc mobile banking app add funds section via upi.10k money got debited from my icici ac and showing successful on the paytm app, but funds are still not reflecting on the idfc mobile banking app even after 3hours.
Can anyone help?

It takes 24 hours to get fully functional account in IDFC. Wait for another day.

I faced similar issue but I tried with just ₹100. The money got returned to me after 1-2 weeks.

Opened IDFC account same way and funding via UPI - their app has a bug on the Android mobile app. The payment will be reversed in a day. Use other ways to transfer money to the account.

How long can it take to reverse the money?

its more than 30hrs.. no resposne from idfc first bank, and funds are stuck in the middle.

I did not get the SMS of the refund but on account it was settled on the same day. Check the account from which you did UPI it should be there.

I have checked but didn't get any refund.
Also, if it takes 1-2 weeks then I think I have made a mistake of opening new ac with them.
They even didn't reply me on the twitter.
Such poor customer care.

yes I got the refund automatically after 3days.
If you didn't receive the refund till now,raise complaints with IDFC first bank and with the other bank from which you made the transaction.

Request you to wait for 3-5days and if you don't get your refund after that then raise complaints with idfc bank and your upi bank.

yes, i got the refund after 3-4 working days.
Request you to wait for 3-5days and if you don't get your refund after that then raise complaints with idfc bank and your upi bank.
