Will we get the 10% neu coins cashback for infinity card if we make payment by adding the card in Tata Pay or should we add it as a normal card without using tata pay as payment platform?

My Limit for Tata Neu Infinity card is being displayed as 5000 since last week.
Though the message says it will be reverted to my Shared credit limit (from my HDFC DCB credit card), within 5 working days, I am not sure how long this should actually take. I think its been about 4 or 5 days since I was assigned this card?

Escalate it if not happening on 5th working date end

How to confirm it is life time free? Should I drop a email to hdfc to confirm?
This card was offered ltf to me. But the application got rejected and then approved after dropping mail to greivience team. On Tata neu app, it was shown as rejected. But after approval same application was updated to approved. That is reason i am asking.

This is a cobranded card, so you get additional 5% Neucoins only on the Tata Neu app.
For all other spends reward rate is 1.5%.
