What kind of transactions you did on your card? Was they really high amount, commercial? Did the total cashback for the month has crossed 10k after making these transactions?

I was purchasing some devices and AC, and my reward statement was more than 12K.

Share your invoices with them to re-activate. It's under suspicion and you need to clear it. Simple 😇
