I have a total of 7 credit cards. Average limit is more than 2 lakhs. My CIBIL score is 777. Even after this, Axis Bank has rejected my credit card application 3 times. What could be the reason?

Nothing is for sure. But, I think it is do with the high number of credit accounts. I think that may be the issue in this case as my friends with similar number of cards faced rejection from Axis.
wait 3 months minimum, then apply for any higher variant card (like Magnus, vistara infinite, etc) using C2C method.

For card to card, the best way is to visit the Axis bank branch. Not all banks support online application on C2C basis.

You received a card rejection mail thare is a pdf attech where you find a number and call and ask a card on bases on your existing cards it work 😉
I have a Magnus card which I got in February after closing Freecharge Axis.
This month an application for Flipkart Axis was rejected. Reason says another application is in progress. Maybe because I have not completed 3 months since my last Axis card was issued. So will miss out on this LTF offer.
Edit: 3 hours after I posted this I got Airtel Axis approved. Strange!
