Incorrect Inquiry by SBM Bank

I have a credit enquiry from SBMBKINDIA, but I have never availed a loan/BNPL from SBM Bank. I raised a dispute on CIBIL, but they asked me to contact the bank, which I did, to no avail. What should I do now?
 
Sent this email and got a call from Bharatpe team saying that I was eligible for Bharatpe Loan and that's why they have done that enquiry without even my consent. And now they won't be able to delete this enquiry. After arguing with them, they said they will get back with further update but there is less hope.

I guess now RBI Ombudsman is the only hope. I just have the call recording where they state that the enquiry has been made without customer's consent.

So all of you with a hard enquiry on your accounts, applied for a BoB credit card as well?
These are the links that I have with SBM bank:

1) I use INDmoney (haven't joined their credit card waitlist. I don't use their US stock investment account)

2) I use Vested (It created a SBM account for easy fund transfer to US)

3) I used onescore app just for checking credit score (never applied for onecard)
 
I have the same enquiry from SBM Bank India for 75k. On sending emails to nodal officer, they are saying it was made by Bharatpe. But the thing is I never applied for Bharatpe BNPL either. Figuring out whom to tag next to remove the enquiry.

I also have an enquiry on my CIBIL for 75000 from SBM Bank for a credit although I never applied for that. I have used IndMoney in the past but never applied for waitlist, also I have not ever downloaded any app from BharatPe as well. The only SBM platform I have used so far is TripMoney(MMT). Have mailed to the nodal officer in this regard
 
this is getting out of hand, who knows what they're smoking there at SBM. Initially was thinking that maybe this is due to INDmoney super credit card but now people without that also getting the CIBIL enquiry which makes it a very serious issue. one or the other unprincipled fintechs out there are definitely involved.

After several follow-ups with Bharatpe, Happay and SBM Bank, I did not get informative emails, and decided to go with a RBI complaint.
After 4-5 days, received email from SBM Bank stating they would remove the enquiry (most probably they will).

Will keep you guys updated once the enquiry is successfully removed.
