Axis says magnus add-on would not receive benefits

Hello,

So as the title says, I'm applying for an add-on magnus. My intention wasn't for any benefits anyways, but thought it might be good to have, at least domestic lounge access. And I thought it did come with it, since I saw the same on the recent blog post on the technofino.in website. So I'm puzzled as to if that's true or not?

The credit card application person made me aware that the add-on card wouldn't get any benefits. Not even lounge access domestically.

They would get domestic lounge access using their card, but they would not get a separate PP.

My brother with their add on used the Kolkatta lounge 3 days ago. Bms is also working. The credit card person is unaware I think. Dw, apply for the add on regardless.

Credit card agent probably doesn’t knows the features for add-on. Axis Magnus add-on gets unlimited domestic lounge access and separate BookMyShow offer . They don’t get separate airport concierge through extra ordinary weekends neither they gets unlimited international lounge access .

You need to apply in person. I guess it's a good time to share my experience as well.

At first, they told me it could be done, then later the next day, they were chatting amongst themselves that "Someone" (It was the lady herself) told me that an add-on card could be applied for. They were all very very hesitant to help me out. Then they asked me which card do I hold, and I told them it was Magnus, and she was like, OHH. Yea, and told her colleague who was taking care of my application form to process it the same way they do for Reserve credit cards. And then within minutes she took a look at the paper work and that was it. The next day I got the service request number at the end of the day, which I think so too slow. And they quoted that the card would come in 7 days or so.


The paperwork/documents included:

• The form I printed and filled at home
• A sign across the photo from the person for whom the add-on is being applied for.
• PAN and AADHAR of the applicant. No other documents would work, and ofc their sign on both the docs.

I gave an add-on card form with the required documents to axis bank branch near my home but I haven't received any SR number. It's already 3 days. Should I ask the branch guys about status
