Best bank for saving rate

I want to open a savings account to park my excess fund for better returns till the time I invest them and mostly small finance banks give better returns compared to others. Hence I will be thankful if people will share their experience of using savings account in such bank. My only need is smooth mobile banking facility with best interest rate.

AU, Utkarsh etc. BTW all banks are safe till 5L bank deposit
