SBI cashback credit card application approved but not showing in the app

3 days back I applied for SBI cashback credit card and the process was easy and the verification was done by SBI sprint method where they transfer RS 1 to my account and have to transfer it back once transfer was done it showed me that my credit card was approved and my limit is 75000 the very next day I got a call from SBI Bank regarding the credit card verification and the person who spoke clearly said that the card is approved and it will start showing in the mobile application very soon

But for the past 2 days I am reaching out to SBI customer care stating that my even though my application was approved I was not able to view the credit card that was a generated and their reply was to wait for 40 days to know if my application is approved .

I am not sure how to move with the bank next since I was clearly informed by the caller that the application was approved but I never got any SMS or email regarding credit card generation but the customer care executive who I called first time and the person who called me regarding verification has informed me that card has been generated and it will show in the app very soon

Please guide me on how can I get the sorted out

Don't worry it takes up to 7 days for the card to show and I am sure you will also get your physical card by that time.

By the way no one came to your house for KYC because in my case after the KYC card was instantly generated with limit and I even got a SMS to generate the virtual card?

If your application gets approved through sprint then it will show your virtual card details instantly on your screen, if you didn't get virtual card details then there is a possibility of physical kyc and call verification. Never trust sbi cards agents they always say that your application is approved. if you want to know to the real status of you application then track it here .

Don't worry it takes up to 7 days for the card to show and I am sure you will also get your physical card by that time.

In my case no one visit at my house because it is fully digital KYC and I haven't even got any SMS related to it only thing that I saw is when after verification page displayed stating that my credit card was upload with the limit of 75000 but I forgot to take a screenshot of

Then you need to wait because even after I got my virtual card I called them and they couldn't see my card status. Your only option is to wait for now.

Finally got a response they successfully rejected my application despite got limit details via SBI Sprint and online kyc

That limit you saw it was approved conditionally, only after final approval when your card has been generated you will see the actual limit.

otherwise for existing customer it is 10K limit for most of them

I got my 2nd card as SBI CB, but with a paltry limit of 20k 😂 Funny thing I went to apply for SBI BPCL Octane and I ended up getting SBI CB Card.
