SBI Cashback Card Mess Up

I recently bought amazon shopping vouchers from magicpin using my ever-amazing cashback card. Cashback was generated for that transaction. Me trusting the card, went ahead and bought more shopping vouchers on 29th May. The transaction is settled on 31st May but the cashback is not generated yet. Is SBI giving cashback randomly or what is the issue here ? Thanks in advance

Some websites use multiple MCCs. Maybe your later transaction was recorded as GV, which is exempted from cashback. Best check with cust care about MCC

I think you should wait for another 2-3 days, usually the CB is disbursed after the settlement. There is also a possibility, like Ketan said, your transaction could be tagged under the exclusion category.

Apologies, sorry for the confusion. I forgot the monthly cashback limit now is 5K. I got the 5K already. So magicpin is working for now !

For 5k cashback, must have transaction above 1L.

I have DCB LTF, so not going for magnus. Also I do not prefer air miles
