My Rupay Credit Card on Someone else's UPI?

Is there a way to add my Rupay credit card in my spouses Paytm or Bhim or Gpay account for UPI?
I know UPI is linked to sim, but thought to check here if anyone knows a way around?

Just thinking out loud - you could try having your SIM in someone else's phone and then link it in any apps and then take it back.

When you take the sim out.. the apps then ask for re-confim the sim via sending sms. I think it would fail there.

Currently all apps are checking if registered number present in mobile or not.

I have trick (not sure for cc upi) just change mobile number then register in another. Again change.

This is not working anymore, at least for Tata Neu card.

Actually my Neu card got issued on the secondary number because it picked up the contact details from Big Basket etc. brands of Tata. So I contacted HDFC and changed the registered contact number using a offline update form at the branch. It took a couple of days to update and suddenly all UPI RuPay CC transactions were failing. I had to register again with the correct phone number and only then did it start working.
Also most wallet apps like gPay, PhonePe, PayZapp only allow one instance/single number usage. Only PayTM works with Parallel or Clone site apps to run two instances on mobiles with dual SIM.
So that issue of registered mobile number also applies

I am going to give my primary CC to my spouse just by changing the mobile number.
Will it work on her mobile number in UPI?
Anyone tried it?
Just want to use my RUPAY CC lying around with no usage.
