Hi,

I read somewhere that even if you cross spending 15 Lakh, you will get Tata Cliq voucher annually. Is it easy for everyone ?
I crossed 15L in march and waited till April, then almost one month complete followup with premium care, after that they forwarded to Thriwe, thriwe team called me and they informed me that they are not able to provide voucher to my main number and asked for alternate number and they provided voucher in alternate number

Question - Any one got renewal benefit in thriwe ? If yes, was it automatic ?

They even give it to FYF cards so i think you'll still get even if you cross 15l and pay no renewal fee

I did have to contact Axis Customer Care since the Thriwe portal was showing some error. So in case you are facing such an error then reach out to Axis and Thriwe and they'll solve it within a few days.

Someone mentioned the process here as well : https://www.technofino.in/community...lcome-renewal-benefits-process-changes.10616/

I hold a paid Axis Magnus and completed the annual cycle in March and my spends were >15 L sp the annual fee wasn't charged. Still, I got the offer via the thrive axis magnus portal.
I chose 10k TataCliQ voucher instantly.
In thriwe, were you able to see previous claimed voucher as well ?

Maybe I'm unable to understand, What's your doubt? What do you want to confirm from someone who has claimed both from Thriwe?
I just want to confirm whether is it possible to claim both from thrive ? My brother's card anniversary is next month so I want to know whether he will get Direct benifits or i have to send mails just like my case

Based on what I understand, it should work for you. Because "Thriwe" is not the one deciding your benefits. They simply act based on what input they receive from Axis. So I don't think there would be any check that Thriwe would have implemented on their end to prevent this.
Having said this, you might still have to send mails in case the voucher doesn't get generated within 30 days of paying the next month's due.

Same thing happened with me. I got an SMS from Thriwe about the 10k benefit and can see both the options there. But I think I have spent more than 15L in the year and don’t see any annual fees being charged (yet).
