Yes but when i ve applied it was paid... But i am not yet charged joining fees... Dont know why... It was shown both joining n annual charges while upgrading...

Don't proceed when you get Emails/WhatsApp messages for LE. Do it from the app directly and you won't be charged.

I have gotten LE twice the same way and I haven't been charged even once. If it is explicitly mentioned about charges applicable, don't even bother.

While proceeding, i took photos from another phone, if they charged me, i will try to reverse it, as it is nowhere written that i will be charged for LE.

Threaten to close the card even if no spends are there. They will usually reverse it because the channel of getting limit enhancement didn't really have any charges applicable.
