Can't buy anything in gyftr in PayZapp, getting unexpected server error

No matter how many times I try to buy the book my show voucher. After selecting PayZapp and swiping to make transaction, it keeps failing and says unexpected server error. Can't take Screencaps due to privacy policy

It worked fine in hdfc app through smart buy but through payzapp I'm getting this error.

Maybe wallet txns are turned off

You check with Gyftr. Ur card might be block on Gyftr.

I just bought the voucher on Smart buy via hdfc app, as I said it's only happening with PayZapp. Read the above comments

Facing same problem since morning when I try to purchase swiggy voucher from gyftr using payzapp wallet and failed few times later I opened hdfc gyftr website tried the same using payzapp wallet and failed wallet balance got debited still haven't received refund.

PayZapp seems to have removed swipe to pay, now you have to manually enter when buying and it's not causing error. I just bought 10k AGV.

This is due to some bug. Some vouchers are working while some throw this error. Try smartbuy website in the meantime till they fix it.
