Any way to obtain axis credit cards over vkyc?

I dont have axis savings account, but i obtained the freecharge plus card using video kyc. i recently tried to apply indian oil card by logging in from customer id, but there was no videokyc option. does axis still do the video kyc?

Try logging in as NTB (new to bank) customer. Worked for a friend.
