DCB Monthly spend based benefits received?

It is 7th May today and i have not yet received the monthly 80k benefits which i spent last month.

I send an email to cc, they asked for 10 days and after 5 days(22nd May) i got email that I can redeem rewards.
You may try your luck too ..
