Payzapp, Unable to Register on a Different Number, PAN Already Registered

My Payzapp account was on a different number to the one used for my HDFC Cards and other bank accounts. When I tried to register on Payzapp using the bank account/Card registered number, Payzapp isn't letting me do so, saying PAN Already registered. I couldn't find a way within Payzapp to change phone number, neither could I find a way to delete the Payzapp account. How do I switch over to the number on which I have my UPI accounts?

Change your mobile number with the bank if feasible for you.

That should do the trick.

That's not easy. There are network issues and other difficulties. Any other possibilities?

Well I am out of ideas then. Since the mobile number is the primary key which binds everything.

If you are married, and your wife doesn't use payzapp, then you can manage using her Pan and give an alternate number which you own.

It doesnt work. I already did it and struggling for more than 1 year. Please do not reply confidently if you dont know the solution. You could have used the word "Try" or "May Be" Payzapp was earlier big junk after integrating with smartbuy it has some uses yes but then this KYC is killer

Anyone with a mobile number can have Payzapp account. Just like any other wallets and UPI apps.
You can also have multiple payzapp accounts of your own. But KYC can be done on a PAN number only once.
Without Full KYC you cannot earn and spend points properly, as there are several limitations. Other than reward points there are no limitations. you can use any account for anything.

Earlier I had done full KYC with mobile number x1 but later I had to move to mobile number x2, in payzapp as well as all bank accounts.
I am able to use both accounts on Payzapp. But unable to earn rewards points as my kyc was locked with x1 which for some reasons HDFC and payzapp are extremely reluctant to sove for almost 2 years now.
