Prime video app saying 'Please sign in with currently active account'

Trying to logging in from different device. After entering credentials & OTP, Prime video app is throwing error
"Please sign in with currently active account"

What's this thing? Anyone has experienced?

I checked on my another phone and there was no error at all. Only when my friend is logging in on Prime video, this is happening. Is it because his Amazon app is logged in with different ID? Don't know what's the reason.

If you share your prime membership, he should be signed in with your amazon credentials. Try with email.

I asked him to login with my ID on Amazon app first. And then on Prime video. He followed and was successfully able to login there as well.
