HDFC CC TEMPORARY BLOCK

Received a message from HDFC that CC is temporarily blocked due to a suspicious transaction. The transaction was done by me. Called CC and they transfer to a department which does't attend the call even after waiting for 20mins. What to do?

Write a mail to their customer support and also place twitter request for call back from concern department.
