ICICI APAY International Transactions rewards reporting in a seperate card no..

Last month ,I did some foreign transactions in APAY and received 1% CB.
what is interesting is , those reward transactions are shown in a separate card no, just beneath APAY card...
Anyone noticed this? what is this new card no? Just curious...

Actually, it is not the transactions , they are only rewards.. May be it is rewards card number??
It seems they may not have credited to APay balance as CB, there were too many transactions and I need to do maths...

My bad in that case. However, this is new; rewards were not reported separately before.

Actaully I just checked my rewards page.. it shows like this.. these rewards are not mentioned in my APay card under rewards page.. Quite intruging..
