I am seeing few card upgrade option in the app.

Are they generic or pre-approved?

Do i need to submit docs etc again?

No just opt for it… they dont even do vkyc kyc… card will direct dispatch…

Yah, getting same offer for Saphiro, Manchester & MMT cards. Although i got info that they are giving it for free LTF through branch. I am trying via RM for same. Lets see.

It depends on Branch& RM. while few have done it seamlessly for folks,i ended up with nibba/nibbi (tired running after them) .I stopped using cc since 3 months withdrew the funds and moved them to Indus which i will eventually move to idfc wealth account .
