Unable to login to icici rewards since the new portal launched.

Also, if you are accessing via some saved link, always login into icici website and then go to reward points.

Same here but working in iMobile app.
I emailed them to solve my problem but they are sending scripted replies.
not via saved link ...I login into ICICI website and then go to reward points.
Tried incognito... didnot help.. same error
no luck with iMobile either.. it refuses to show any of my linked cards
In imobile app under debt card it’s showing reward points when clicking it asks to choose account number then shows nothing its like this for past 2 months so I give it let them take time
Finally managed to open the portal via private browsing on Safari browser 🙂

Just checked, It started working for me also. Browsing in chrome but only for cc rewards not working for savings account.
Thanks dude finally the safari private browsing mode helped to vie my big treasure🙂

Also, seems like they have stopped crediting reward points due to some system issue since few months ( was told to me by cc)
for me its fine what RPs appear since i use very less icici cards frequent high spenders in icici cards can check it.
But read somewhere ICICI have credited RPs once all set up done in AUg'22 as declared by them
@anush_shenoy @Strange Can you guys go to rewards portal now ? In net banking it is not showing any points for savings account/debit card. It shows "-" instead of points. And when I click on redeem it says 'Login failed due to security reasons'. In iMobile app it is showing points and I can redeem too.
