I have asked for office address change and they told to visit branch.
So I sent soft copy of that form to my RM he did it

I have been told there is no home branch concept. And even after changing the branch, request will go to original branch where customer id is mapped.

My requirements are also not getting fulfilled, and i spoke to manager handling wealth acc in nearby branch. He is cooperative but always say he will speak to my RM and approvals will go to original branch only.
No harm in trying. I will also try if it works.
I need to convert from select to wealth program

I was comparing reward rate
For platinum dc we are getting 13466
And for wealth dc we get 7666 points
For 2 lakhs

Am I correct in this calculation or i am missing something
