dcb ltf possible only through alumni program to the best of my knowledge.
for regalia, I was shown an option while applying that if I enable auto bill payment for at least 2 billers, the regalia would be ltf.
don't know if you can see similar option in your online application form.
but never heard dcb Ltf for anyone apart from the alumni prog.

The limit on net banking is showing as upto 5L so in case I apply for regalia gold will I get 5L Limit? as the floor limit for regalia is 3L and 5L for DCB

2 Mar 2023( It was saving max) then after two weeks it was upgraded to preferred

The key here is the FIRST CC. Once you get the first hdfc cc, then you are off the hdfc's attention..
I am also not taking my first CC. Currently having MB LTF with CL 1,25 000

If you wish to wait for LTF then you'd have to risk not taking these cards right now.
Hdfc improves their offer if you don't take the first one... And keeps improving till you cannot refuse 🌚
Others may sustain the claim

Yep, I have been doing this only, from pre approved money back with 50k limit 2 months back to 5L today . This is HDFC Bank.
But I doubt if they will offer LTF

If you choose Regalia Gold you'll get 3L as initial limit,but if you choose DCB then the limit will be 5L. I was also getting the same message of 5L limit but it's for DCB and not Regalia.
