Try with default theme (not Dark) or just try clicking randomly to the left of Chat[0]Same here, no option to close it.

If the chat bar at bottom is blinking, that means you have unread private chat/messages.

click on that toggle disable icon at right side, do not use dark theme while doing it.

The "Chat bar" at the bottom of the screen started flickering since yesterday... for both Desktop and Mobile..
Please look into this, it is a bit annoying..
