Bill Payment is not increasing available limit

I paid 40k to my card that had an available limit of 50k out of 125k. I then paid another 20k yesterday and both of these times the limit was 90k for a day but then the next day it went back to 70k. Is it because I have an emi of 56k?
How do I make a payment of 75k using this card?

If I cancel the emi using HDFC mycards how long will it take to get cancelled? Does anyone here have experience with this?

I just did. They said to wait for 48 hours, which I'm doing and to pay another 10k to clear the dues. Which I have done.
