Joining fee on Emerald inactivated card.

I recently applied for Emerald credit card via pre approved offer and I have received the card but I didn’t activate it. Today to my surprise I was charged joining fee of 12000. How can I reverse this?

Hm, you can call their customer care and ask them to connect to the retention team . They can reverse the charges, but the card will be canceled.
