Which is good rupay variant credit card. Any bank is giving C2C with ltf offer in rupay card ..
Any sbi rupay card good

BOB Snapdeal (Not LTF)
Kotak Myntra (Not LTF)
Axis Kwik (99% rejection)(LTF)

These are the best selling RuPay cards for UPI & other spends.

SBI Simply Save (Not LTF)

If you have Any ICICI card then Coral Rupay is given LTF.
HDFC Tata Neu is given LTF to some customers, check the offer given to you.
And SBI Paytm, SBI Simplysave, SBI IRCTC (all mediocre cards)are available on Rupay but they are chargeable cards.
Kotak League Rupay is given LTF but not sure it's available in c2c method.

How to get virtual rupay card
Like that happens with ICICI coral rupay.

I already shared best cards.

Yes bank, HDFC bank, AU bank, Kotak bank, IDFC bank launch virtual only RuPay CC for existing credit card customers. You can use for bank sales offers.
