Pathetic experience with axis Bank credit card application

I applied for Airtel Axis card ,but card rejected due to internal policy, already posted on Twitter same reply came , please guys guide what shall step to take to get card approval of axis and how to find exact reason , holding multiple card SBI,RBL,ICICI, not having HDFC and axis ,good cibil too781
