So withing 2 days of my Ombudsman complain
Got a call from my local branch BM , he apologized for the inconvenience caused , he has applied for the Visa Sapphire Debit card from backend and the card should reach within next 10-15 days
And for Rupay select he asked to wait till I get the Visa Sapphire DC , post that he would apply for the Rupay Select DC.
As a good gesture , BOB offered nill joining fees on Sapphire Debit card and most probably nill JF for Rupay Select.
Will update once I get the card.

However I have a query regarding the airport pic and drop
Does the conceirge provide SUV/MUV for 6 person with luggage ?
Or it is only limited to hatchbacks or Sedans ?

Hi all used the pickup service. Went smoothly.message with driver details came in mornin. Flight was supposed to land in Delhi at 9pm was 30 minutes late. by the time I got out was 9.45 driver was waiting outside my gate with board. Went in Maruti desire and dropped me at my address, very efficient.

Even my branch officials are saying the same thing. I am having Professional A/C with MAB 25k. So should I also go for RBI route?

I have opened a Super Saving account online. I think all debit cards are FYF with this account. I am applying Sapphire and Select. I will update if I get any card fees charged. Thanks for sharing this, looks like a great deal if FYF.
