Axis transfers down?

I am getting a 4501 error when trying to xfer miles to partners from both mine and wifes accounts. Anyone else?

Just tried, getting till OTP for vistara and ITC. For ITC, once it showed error, but worked in second attempt.

It's showing xfer failed after entering otp

Looks like this issue is only occuring for accor. The xfer request for itc went through

I was able to xfer now from my wife's account but still unable to do on my account.

Transferred to accor yesterday night and it's credited today.
