How long does it take to get the 250+125 Neu coins after paying 2500 with the IndusInd exclusive debit card and getting 500 discount on big basket groceries on Tata Neu app

It gets credited once delivery is marked (125 immediately, 100+150 within sometime after that)
I did not get even one coin even 3 days after delivery

I have ordered for 2500 and received 100 bb voucher+120 neu coins, instead of 250 coins

Yes, ordered for Rs. 2506
Got 100 as BB voucher with code BB100DUSSEHRA
120 as 5% CB (5% of 2406=2506-100 BB voucher)
100 neu coins for purchase above Rs. 1500
150 neu coins for purchase above Rs. 2500
Total 470 Cashback=100+120+100+150
Which is approx 19% of 2506, I was having some BB points, so used them, if I have used 20 % indus DC off up to 500, and purchased for 3000.
It may have given 900 CB, which is equal to 30%
Bb now order of ₹1003 on oct 11,
On 19/10. --- 50 coins
On 11/11 --- 100 coins will be unlocked

Never use BBVOUCHER for threshold, they deduct it from main order value, anyways you can mail them, they always supportive

No, last time I argued with them a lot, but they have credited partial amount.
Anyways, it's just 5 rs., I can ignore 5 rs, as already got 470 rs.
I thought you mentioned you didnt received those addtional 250 coins, if you have received it, then its great

No, I have received 250 already,
Although from last 2 months, I noticed that when I get BBvoucher in Cashback offer, Tata Neu deduct that from that amount from 5% cashback.
Like in my case I ordered 2500 product, and suppose BB runs offer for 200 BB voucher.
So I paid 2500, and received 200 voucher after delivery, previous tata neu used to give 5% cashback on paid amount i.e. 2500, but from last few months, they are giving CB on 2300=2500-200.
Although it's not a big deal.

Then when paying you can get 2nd discount of 10%, upto 200 on 2000 using ICICI or IDFC credit card.
But if you use your existing Neu coins also, then the credit card discount cannot be used and payment will fail.
You need to untick/uncheck the Neu coins box

Once Again, its simple that bank discount can be applied on Bank payment only
Simple think, i have 1000 neucoin, and now i apply icici discount code but pay using neu coin, then why bank will give discount ?
In Amazon, if SBI is giving 10% discount then you must pay 100% using SBI only, you cant use APAY balance and combine with card offer

But my bill was 2000. I was getting 200 discount on ICICI card and I was using only 6 Neu coins.
Even 6 coins I could not use.

i dont even use 1 neu coin or wallet balance when i need to claim bank offers or any other
So I am stuck with the neu coins which I cannot use at all because every time I buy Big basket or 1MG, I am going to use the credit card offer for the discount in which case a neu coins will remain there forever until they expire
