Wrong ICICI CC applied, How to close it before being charged?

Today I saw pre approved upgrade offer for 2 cards in my imobile app. MMT black and ManU card.

By mistake I applied ManU card. Card number was instantly generated.

No way i want this useless card and pay 2500 every yr. ( I already applied mmt black card that i wanted).

How do I stop it from getting processed further to physical card.

Should I call customer care or just block it ?

Call customer care similar thing happened to me once they will take 3 days to cancel no fees will be charged in my case the card was still delivered in 2 days same might happen to you too.
