ITC Green Points from Atlas

Hi,

I transferred 5000 points from Axis Miles 10 days ago and I got a confirmation msg & email from Axis that the request has been confirmed but I don't see the points in my club ITC account. Is there a delay in credit generally or once we get a confirmation from the bank, it should appear?

I've transferred to ITC from Axis 5+ times. It's usual for Axis transfer to Axis take 10+ days. 14-15 days is the norm.

If you have the confirmation, it should come through anytime soon.

How much time did it take end to end?

it took 11 days.

I initiated a transfer on 20 Jan 2024 and got it credited in my ITC a/c on 24 Jan 2024
