Inactivity for Coral?

My friend is planning to take Coral LTF as he received LTF offer for that, but he is little skeptical using CCs and only use it for offers and all. Sometimes he may not use the card at all as he uses his company's card. Is there any problem if he doesn't use the card and outstanding balance is zero? Does he need to do anything if it's zero?

Inactivity for an year will get your card blocked. So its advisable to do 1-2rs tnx every few months just to keep it active

The banks are obligated to send monthly CC statements, but you don't have to do anything if bill amount is zero
