How to utilise HP Pay Wallet Balance?

I have Rs. 1100 in my HP Pay Wallet which I loaded via voucher to pay at petrol pumps. I have 3 petrol pumps near my home that have HP Pay QR's but they are refusing to accept payment via HP Pay Wallet. My gas connection is also not from HP, so can't use it to buy gas.

So, what are other ways to use this balance.

Other than what you mentioned, you can send it to someone else's HP Pay wallets.

Complain to HP if the bunk is not taking HP Pay payment.

Yes, already mailed them. They asked the name of the outlet, and i provided the relevant information. Let's see what happens.

As per customer care, There's no expiration date for Hp Pay Wallet balance

Facing same issue, HPCL bunk is not rejecting offer to pay with HP payment, but once scanned code it shows only CC or zillion coin..
Customer care is asking to uninstall and reinstall app..😂

If you have balance in HP pay wallet, you can generate pay code and provide that to the HPCL pump. Easier than scan and pay

Paycode is more reliable, QR codes seems hit-n-miss these days.
