Best Way to pay Credit Card Bill

Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.

It’s showing redeem not successful for HDfc points? Are others also facing this issue?

There is sometimes an issue in redeeming in the first week, sat-sunday. happened this time with me, too. redeemed today successfully.

If you have extra money that you can spare for few days…pay again the same amount via debit card & then call customer care for refund in your savings account!!

Which SBI card , you are using, as most people are having problem to pay SBICB card bill.

Have you used hdfc mobile app or website?

It’s not sbi cb specific issue according to me as i have already paid 3 sbicard bill including cb from 3 different hdfc accounts yesterday and all were successful.
