Yes, ltf is not much issue. Fyf is fine as well. So will I be able to downgrade to coral later? You can but ltf not guaranteed

I've a hypothesis for this: If we complete the OTP in Amazon checkout page itself, then we'll get the OTP in email also because for some weird reason it's considered as IVR initiated payment in HDFC systems. Instead if we choose the redirect to Bank page and then receive OTP then we don't get the email, only SMS.Sorry if this feels like Necro - posting on the thread. So I did email HDFC at customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com reporting that OTPs are not coming. They say they only come for international txns which is weird as I was getting the Amazon.in otp earlier so not too sure.
Haha lol. Maybe? But like people said on the thread that they do get otps for other merchants too so not too sure.I've a hypothesis for this: If we complete the OTP in Amazon checkout page itself, then we'll get the OTP in email also because for some weird reason it's considered as IVR initiated payment in HDFC systems. Note: This is based on a very small sample size of 1 with few orders only, so take it with caution 😉
