Axis privilege card was denied lounge access T2 travel club in Kolkata despite it's on the availability list of lounge access, when contacted customer care, they started juggling around, one started conversation then suddenly in the middle left, after 20 secs another fresh one joined and started conversation, after hearing my ordeal he also exited another one joined in, few mins later complete silence, funny bank.

Open a ticket via their website/app. That's the only way to get a proper response from them. Phone customer support won't know half the things

Sad to hear about it, hope you were able to access the lounge via some other card.

btw, when you say that lounge access was denied, does that mean the receptionist denied it, or was the card not accepted by POS or was the fare more than Rs.2/Rs.25 ?

Lounge manager/supervisor told me after swiping cards Axis Bank have closed this complimentary facility recently, strange, my wife's My Zone was also rejected, I got access through my Indusind Legend and yes business card for both of us, lot of peeps were denied access for various cards, and when I talked to grievance cell the guy told me I was misinterpreted and I have 8 lounge access don't know who's claim is right and whom to believe
