BOB SNAPDEAL UPI fails everytime

Hi everyone,
I am posting here after unable to get any solution from customer support.

Problem - whenever I try to use BOB SNAPDEAL RUPAY UPI, it always gets payment failed even small merchant or cbdc load. Other UPI like kiwi, yes bank or icici works smoothly and only bob is having problems.
Any fix available for this . Using the bob SNAPDEAL from last 3 months .

NPCI already release a circular to stop accepting payment on cbdc load.

The loading of CBDC wallets via RuPay Credit Card on UPI as the payment mode shall not be allowed. This restriction should be implemented at the CBDC wallet issuer bank end.
