can someone please confirm while linking krisflyer on travel edge it asks for first name and last name so in the first name box should i put first and middle name both or just first name? I am confused as in the krisflyer account it asks given name as in passport which includes both first and middle name? Also if i transfer the points and may be it gets rejected for name difference do I lost the points or they get credited back?

Pathetic backend. The customer care is not updated and the system is full of errors. I have an Axis Magnus and see the conversion ratio they are offering.

This is 5:1 and 10:1 on Club ITC and Krysflyer. I think this was only done to create hype and they will roll back the offer.

Also, when you write to edgerewards@axisbank.com you get a reply that email does not exist. And this is the email they are providing all on web-pages for more details. Don't know how they are functioning.
