Digital Rupee Add Money Failed

Today I loaded 3900 to sbi digital erupee app using other upi option in app. Money deducted from upi account but add money failed due to limit exceed. so how many days required to issue refund???
Any other have face similar issue in any bank e rupee app??

Facing the same issue, have emailed on cbdc@sbi.co.in but haven't received any response yet.


After how much time did they reverted back?

i have emailed them twice, one on 18th and second on 21st 17:16 and i got reply on 21st 18:14

i also did multiple transactions not knowing the daily limit and 2 of them failed and there is no refund yet, it has been 9 days. whenever i try to raise a dispute in the sbi digital rupee app, it throws an error😭

Nothing last email reply received on nov 24.

In app create dispute option start working just today i created dispute it showing status as raised.

My problem is opposite of yours..

I redeem 1200rs to my bank account, but its not credited to my bank..

Custom care says to wait for T+2 days.

Bro the same thing happened with me, while using SBI DIGITAL RUPEE, the wallet limit was exceeded, but money deducted from my bank account, emailed them tons of time, I paid via UPI(Not Rupay Credit Card) to Wallet, they asked for transaction Id, and after few days they marked it as closed as beneficiary received the amount. The CBDC email wasn't replying. And app dispute was useless. What can I do? I have all the statements and debits.

I have share one post on twitter with some proof regarding my refund issue. Please everyone who suffer from refund or load money issue so we get attention of sbi and everyone get refund asap.

You all would need to file a charge back on your credit card account. Fill a transaction dispute form along with relevant proofs and submit it through email.
Bank will reverse the charges after 10-15 days.
