Visa is Slight edge ahead over RuPay for international transactions and you can control your e-mandate..

As far i know only hdfc bank employees are getting this neu card both variants as LTF.

Add ur hdfc card to neu pay and wait. hopefully that is the way.

I don't think adding cards work, I have added my ICICI Credit Card but still no invite. My CIBIL is 770 something and is paying bills on time
