HDFC Bank Tata Neu Credit cards now live

hdfc is allowing to apply for this card through their website. It shows life time free there after you click on the frontpage.

Can you please post a screenshot where it is mentioning life time free?
Since i check the website, it redirects to credit application page, but nowhere its mentioned life time free

the reward rate of the neu card is decent.
but why is the reward rate without the card is so low. for croma its only 1 coin for 300 rs. only 0.3% ie 50 rs on spend of 15000. others like flipkart super coin is so much higher

Looks like everyone is getting an invite .. strange . If we get the ♾️ version of tata neu, and hdfc probably don't allow to switch from neu to paytm or basic bank card then that would be a problem.
Anyhow lounge access is fantastic perk at 1499

Best option is that choose RuPay variant, reason -

1) You guys already have HDFC Visa credit card,
2) Visa mostly exclude Visa card premium offers issue by HDFC banks
3) RuPay credit card offers on bookmyshow, swiggy, goibibo, makemytrip, dineout, shoppers stop, vijay sales, pepperfry, croma etc.
4) After few months you will get RuPay credit card linking on UPI
5) I dnt know HDFC bank allowed this co-branded credit card for HDFC bank discount offers or not but HDFC bank is best bank. HDFC bank integrate RuPay BIN numbers on all HDFC bank offers unlike other banks they are too slow to integrate RuPay BINs on bank offers specially on Amazon offers.
6) This is RuPay Discover/Diners club card. This RuPay BIN series accept almost all RuPay accepted websites unlike RuPay JCB BIN numbers are still not recognize few RuPay accepted websites.
7) RuPay is Indian company. We need to support our Indian company.

This is my personal opinion, ab kisi ko Visa me jana ha ya international traveller hai, uska requirement alag ho jata hai and kuch logo k pas 20-30 visa/mastercard hone k baad bhi 21 ya 31 no card bhi visa/mastercard chahiye and reason dete hai international use k liye chahiye. It means they think ki kisi din uska itna unluck day hoga, ki 20-30 visa/mastercard pe transaction declined hoga and uska 21-31 number visa/mastercard se transactions success hoga. 😜😜

this is what i am seeing when in laptop and clicking on the neu card link. (attached). I want the rupay version. From @m1n8 image it seems they are allowing second card. from @vi07 image it seems they are still not doing that. So weird.
I am desperately looking for a Rupay credit card. With ICICI being an ass asking for documents and all, I hope this one works out for me. (LTF ofcourse 😉)

Yes.
But for me the screen was different though.
It seems, it will not allow the existing user to proceed ahead.
Error or something other page will come but will not proceed for the processing.
Those banner are for new user or the people who has not applied within the cooling period.

Atleast 2 cards facility should be given by every bank with respect to credit cards.

Applying with other family members name is the best option for now to get all the juice from different credit cards.
